Please ensure that all buildings are regularly uploaded to StrataMax.
This will benefit you in the following ways:
- Importantly, it ensures all owners with direct debits are being debited the correct amount.
- It ensures that due payment amounts are correct when paying through the StrataMax Website.
- It ensures that all owners are able to access up to date information in regards to the properties that they own.
- It ensures that Owners StrataPay Reference Numbers are current or superceeded if required.
- It reduces the need for Owners to contact you as report information and certificates are able to be accessed or requested online.
If the building information is not uploaded daily, it can result in missing, old or inaccurate information being provided, which results in further work for you.
In addition to the owner information available, this is also the process that updates building account information for StrataCashManagement, and updates ownership changes.
If a bank account number has been changed and the building has not been uploaded, then any payments received for that building will not be able to be processed and settled to the buildings account. Direct debits held by StrataPay will draw incorrect amounts if the buildings are not uploaded on a daily basis. This can cause major concern to Owners if incorrect funds are drawn from their account.
